you do realize that this has absolutely NOTHING to do with a Supreme Court decision giving title to JL right? People are making a major mistake by thinking if "Barrick doesn't own Mina Pascua JL must" Even MSX's monthly update STILL states that there is no guarantee that JL will be successful in getting possession/title of Mina Pascua.....but later on in the same report says they (MSX) have been provided clean title??????? Run for the hills folks....although it is probably to late for most of the people here.
