That isn't AMR-102, that is just patients in the MARINE trial who happened to be on statins.

Trig reduction for >500mg vs. placebo 33.1%
Trig reduction for >750mg vs. placebo 45.4%

Trig rdx for >500mg while also on statin vs placebo 65% (n=19)
Trig rdx for >750mg while also on statin vs placebo 88.8% (n=4)

Lovaza never ran a statin trial in the MARINE indication, Amarin thought it would be useful to allow some statin patients in MARINE.

Reviewer is noting the potential for dual therapy. Epa/statin combo pill has not been tested this way, though it would hopefully match these results.
