Yes true but Asher owns 10 million shares they bought outright. There is no wording about this being debt financing that can be converted for 60% less than the 3 lowest trading PPS over a 10 day period

I wonder where/when Asher got the shares? Never been involved with STOA before that I can find. Typically it's 6 months before Asher can sell.
