I would say none of the ones you listed, but instead prospective BOD candidates will be very interested in things like:

-- has the technology been validated and by whom (yes, by major reputable companies)

-- does the company have permits to operate in NY (yes, by the NYDEC)

-- has the economic viability of the company been validated (yes, by SAI corp.)

-- does the company use a reputable auditing firm (yes MSCM)

-- does the company have buyers for its fuel (yes, several)

-- does the company have partnerships for free feedstock (yes, several)

-- will the company show consistent uptime in the future (yes, with Processor #3 coming on line)
