Have you noticed that JBI has survived in spite of lawsuits?

I don't think that the fact JBI has yet to be destroyed by lawsuits is going to be the chief concern of prospective BOD members. They will look at the number of lawsuits filed, the number of suits in which JBI didn't exactly prevail, number of pending suits, rate at which subpoenas have been served, restated SEC filings, number of officers/directors banned by the SEC and then the rational prospects will run for the hills.
