Good work by Sam! No wonder they don't want to file that with OTCMarkets. Though there's no "prohibited accountants" list there, it's well known that Hipple was sanctioned--and banned--by the SEC for falsifying financial statements.

Seems to me that should make people crowing over the SKTO Q1 report think twice...

Should SKTO submit the Hipple Fins to OTC Markets the SEC will be all over that stock like Mary Jo White on rice.
