Its an issue with the OTC... they show that on the Quote for the stocks but level II is showing the correct amount... it has happened in the past they will correct it, but who knows when... I have it showing on several Quote screens for my OTC stocks, but Etrade Pro Level II shows the numbers are a lot smaller...
