GAB- "even if all the claimed inconsistencies about the arbitrators actions were true, it would not be enough to vacate the award" - and that is the bottom line.
I believe the judge made his decision clear. IMO

I did not put that in quotes, so it was not the exact wording of the judge. In checking my notes, he did say that the inconsistencies were not enough to overturn the award. Pretty much the same thing.
