The SEC FORM 4 shows he has 6 million shares left as of January 2013. So he sold around 4 million reported & 12 million unreported for a total of roughly 16 million shares sold and he has 6 million shares on hand still. So that put him close to 22 million total shares and he has sold 3/4 of his holdings.

He sure knows how to build shareholder value and confidence...

I would like to know how much his hedge fund made off of ACTC in that toxic financing mess he was right in the middle of, do you happen to know those numbers Rocky?

Hope to see an explanation of some sort soon; because a lack of trust in the CEO becomes a legitimate risk to the well being of the company.
