of those 6MM shares left as you noted, 4 million haven't vested yet as #3 states below. So actually 2MM can be sold yet which increases the percentage of shares sold to about 88% of what he owned...thanks

p.s....I assume you are speaking of Rabins 1/3 ownership in PDPI?
If so, they did very well as all the others did...thanks
