#25296 RE: Dollar Bill #25292

Think about a couple of things for a moment:

If one has 10 to 20 boxes of ice cream per store in a handful of store, one does not have their own set-up. One is part of a large complex of multiple small brands using the same formula and taken a small piece of the action when a "run" is made. This is standard operating procedure. The fact that Baristas only put out a few hundred boxes clearly indicates that they are at the end of the line. They get whatever is left from that "run". It doesn't mean that the ice cream is bad or good; it only means that it is one of hundreds of standard flavor combinations to which the small outfits put their brand name.

The fact that King Kullen will not get any until mid May sometime clearly indicates that that is the next time the particular flavor is going to be made Calip Holdings (not Calip Dairies) has a contract with a variety of retail outlets and contracts with a variety of secondary brands and processors--at least one processor. When one of these outfits of off-brand orders a batch of ice cream, the processor makes enough to fill the order. In other words, they make more than enough. When the run is over whatever ice cream is left goes to the next outfit interested in putting their label on it.

As for the stores. Look at what they are. It is not a matter of opinion that except for a few of them, the rest are kiosks. It is not a matter of opinion that they average about $350 in sales per day. And it is not a matter of opinion that a kiosk location having $350 a day in sales cannot afford to have managers and regular staff. Furthermore, BH claims that the average store has expenses of around $300 per day. It is not a matter of opinion that managers are not paid in stock. The financial releases clearly show that. Furthermore, at the average price of the stock during the last year, if these people were paid with shares of stock, the company lost more than two million dollars. It is not a matter of opinion. It is a matter of adding and subtracting.

Sheez - I just read the annual Reports and it seems this company is worth about .006 not even a penny/share. Looks like where this will end up, long term.
