It is not a matter of opinion that managers are not paid in stock.

BTW, while I do believe the execs (Barry and his highly publicized 'senior executives') are paid in stock, less clear regarding the first line managers. Would need audited financials and a 10-K including executive compensation and allocation of stock options to form an opinion.
