The only reason it was caught was because someone called the TA and told them.

OK, I'll accept. So what then was done about it? What action did TA take as a result? Was he happy or upset with BW? How did Wyoming SOS respond to the violation? And of course, what was BW's response to shareholders as to why this was allowed to occur? Surely he was asked, wasn't he?

Answers to these questions will dictate the likelihood of recurrence. The questions are to then group as not many were here when that happened. Everyone would like to know, even though it is the past.
