I'm sure this is standard with a company in receiver ship I would assume it would be kind of the same rules if they went bankrupt the receiver is in charge of everything financial and what can and can not be approved there fore all money coming in and out of the company would go threw them so they know that it is being handled properly they are not going to wait to see if the people who use to be in charge are doing their job right every month they have lost that privilege when the court stepped in if anything this may make pay roll a little more secure for the employees
