Well, The name change makes sense, CPI corp doesn't exist anymore.

As for the Reciver issuing paychecks, I'm thinking they are, or will be also responcible for overseeing the direct deposit. But, that said it would make sense to have a 3ed party doing payroll if your trying to sell the company, it would make transitioning payroll super easy.

However my worry stems from all the honesty we have been getting... If all of payroll is managed by our reciver, it would be super easy for the Reciver to shut us down to sell off the company to pay CPIs debits (which is the job of a Reciver)
