Yet so many still think their delinquent SEC Filer on the OTCBB or OTC and their non-SEC reporting OTC are blue chip stocks.

I scratch my head at the SEC not rectifying such blatant scams / frauds by suspending all SEC Filers that are delinquent in filing Financials 2 quarters past due, and abolishing the fraud-ridden OTC completely.

FILE or be gone from the face of the earth as a public entity.
