It is great to see someone other than i that wants the otc abolished.It has cost investors more money than probably Madoff's ponzi lol..
This scam hadnt filed since 2009 and it was business as usual..
The ceo did jail time,all the other cast of characters walked away and left many holding the bag.
Unregistered shares were hitting the market during the pump,the a/s was doubled overnight without any mention whatsoever,fraud left right and center,and the sec finally wakes up in 2013 lol..I cannot wait till May 3rd when this finally dies on the grey sheets and feel bad for all the victims that were solicited by David Engel,Albert and Boyd Soussana,Gina,Howard,Edward,David Turner and several others....
