Let me try to address your concerns:

Tamara could have left for many reasons. More money. Better position at a different company in a bigger city. Employees leave good positions everyday. Maybe she was recruited and that is why Mr. Barnhizer decided to pull the names from public view.

As stated previously, running the machines is like using a coffee machine. As far as scientists, they have people at Battelle, EPA and UTHC working with them. I believe these people are quite capable. Plus an on staff person.

It has always been a bare bones operation.

It seems people are looking for ads on television and pop ups on the internet to verify an marketing campaign. How many petri dish ads from any other company have you seen?

They are not selling hamburgers to the general public.

Yes, transparency would be nice and I believe it will come in due time.

But progress is being made and information is slow to be disseminated at present, this is nothing new.

I also think some are making assumptions and, as some have said, are trying to "stir the pot" with these assumptions.

The choice to stay invested or to sell and move on is everyones personal choice. Using internet message boards as DD and a reason to buy or sell any company is not prudent.

This is only my opinion. Right or wrong, it has been my choice to invest. I've been right before and I've been wrong before and it will probably happen again.

Best regards to most.

Regarding the Board of Directors -- I work in the public sector and have supervised the creation and operation of several boards over the past 20+ years. When board meetings are not held on a regular basis the board members themselves continue to serve until such time as they resign, are removed from office or their successors are elected to replace them. My educated guess is that the Nanologix Board of Directors operates in the same fashion. Lack of a meeting would not, in my opinion, dissolve the board.
