My concerns

Just when we were expecting production, Tamara Lerman the Production Supervisor leaves the company. No announcement of a replacement.

Why would she leave right when it was go time for a cutting edge technology company?

Shortly after she left Mr. Barnhizer decides to pull the names of his other two key employees, John Tracy and Michelle Durkin off the company's website.

I assume this small company doesn't pay top dollar to their employees and they most likely get some type of stock compensation.

The stock in the last 52 weeks has fallen from 53 cents to 20 cents.

There is no public acknowledgment that I have seen for any of these employees in press releases.

How long will these employees hang around?

Who would train a replacement if they left?

It looks like a bare bones operation now.

Are we building a real business or could we be going to a first time CEO, a couple of office staff and an independent unnamed marketing staff.

How will other companies look at Nanologix?

Will Mr. Barnhizer do the presentations, science, production, quality docs, sales leadership, press releases, board chair, and all contact calls? Pretty tough call for anyone let alone for someone coming from oil rig drilling operations correct?

Does the CEO make the time to cast a clear vision to his team and lead them?

Is that why we aren't seeing business relationships flourishing?

No one is skilled at all facets of business or has the time so who is getting everything done?

Saying that, is there a Board or since their terms have expired are they gone too?

Looking at the website and seeing the name Barnhizer everywhere and the board is comprised of family and life long friends might be a turn off to potential partners.

I think we might be at a tipping point right now but I am not sure which way we are tipping.

I look forward to a day that leads me to believe that Nanologix is a great company with a great team from it's board to it's employees.

A shareholders' meeting with the whole team demonstrating that everyone was on the same page would be a nice start.
