It would require a work of MAGIC to do that. CDEX has gotten away in the past and got people to believe what would be a work of magic... but not now. I have seen two or three posts that claimed BUILT and shipped...by people that surely knew better.

The tooth fairy no longer dwells at CDEX.

The CCT's were completed and shipped. Matters not if anyone thinks Cdex is understaffed
and that Cdex could not do it.

Cdex did do it, and that is a simple fact.
