CDEX Inc. (OTCQB: CDEX), a leading developer of chemical detection products using patented technologies for use in healthcare, safety and security markets, today announced the company completed and shipped the 10 unit order of its ValiMedâ„¢ CCT drug validation system to Al-Essa Medical & Scientific Equipment Company in Safat, Kuwait ahead of schedule

Nowhere in here does CDEX actually claim that they manufactured and built the 10 "V3" units. That word "completed" is MALSPEAK for digging the 10 unsold units out of storage somewhere and re-packing them for shipment. Manufactured years ago, and either never sold or sold and returned.

It is ridiculous PRIMA FACIE to claim that CDEX understaffed as it is and with the bad rep that they have with any vendors of parts, (recent BK) could build and ship anything especially anything complicated in a short period of time.

NOPE, they either lied to the BK court on their inventory list of assets, or bought them back from a distributer to ship to Kuwait. Both options equally credible. What is NOT credible, is as above stated..both BUILD and ship...
