HMSG - They're doing it pretty much w/o the typical pumper guys. The IR guy they are using must be dirt cheap as there have been lots of complaints that he is not that "friendly," whatever that means. They get all the frantic calls from shareholders saying, "PR this, that, etc."
For that reason, I decided NOT to call the IR guy and even asked them to investigate whether he is dumping shares. When I call, I'm not the kissup type and really don't spend a lot of time on the "what if's and hopefully's." I probably spent close to an hour doing a pretty good combination of fact finding and cross examination.
I was told last night that they now understand the fluff promotion is pretty worthless and I agree. I believe that penny and sub penny stocks now move almost inversely proportional to fluff pumps.
Anyway, that's my impression. I felt they were straight forward and down to earth. If there are PR's, hopefully they will be substantive and informative, and at least, not attached to a freebie share dumper.
But clearly a very risky pinky and not for everyone.
