I believe HJJ will come down on the side of VRNG. The bigger question is the run rate...3.5% or higher?

HJJ has given GOOG every opportunity to settle this matter and has been more than fair to their cause. Does, or is, HJJ willing to deliver a strong message to Larry Page with a stunning percentage in excess of 7%...only time will tell. HJJ is not stupid and knows this has drug on because of GOOG and the only way to end the games is with a strong message to GOOG that the courts is where the decisions are made and GOOGs tactics border on obstruction.

No matter what HJJ does at this point this will be on appeal so he has every incentive to just follow the law and do what is right.
