I've had first hand experience with this type of tactic when dealing with a matter of importance. The sad part about it was the other party was wrong everybody knew it even the Judge and over and over and over it was delayed. The final outcome was the other party lost but still played a game and stalled some more.
I just don't get why our legal system allows this. Trust me I truly believe each side has the right to do everything they can to present their side to the fullest. But at what point is enough, enough?
Second, as far as the judge being in Goggles pocket so to speak! I absolutely believe that is not so and far from fact.
We won no if and or buts about it!
I feel this is coming to a head! The problem is investors thought/feel...court done we won and Google is sitting with it's finger on the bank transfer button. It just doesn't work that way.
