Higher courts can always over turn lower court decisions ,anyways how long can the IP be keep before it it publicly used , I think the 10 year mark is almost up and anyone can use the IP.

What I cannot figure out is how people think that share whose registration has been revoked by the SEC are actually worth something. I mean...beyond the imaginary belief powers of Paulness that is.

If they cannot be legally traded then how do they have value ?

Tellingly there is no recent filing submitted that informs the SEC and shareholders via a 8-K of a shareholders meeting.

Considering that they do not actually own any registered shares of anything perhaps that is not needed.
