What I cannot figure out is how people think that share whose registration has been revoked by the SEC are actually worth something. I mean...beyond the imaginary belief powers of Paulness that is.

If they cannot be legally traded then how do they have value ?

Here is the SEC order revoking CYGX shares ;

Tellingly there is no recent filing submitted that informs the SEC and shareholders via a 8-K of a shareholders meeting.

Considering that they do not actually own any registered shares of anything perhaps that is not needed.

The business license of this fraud and scam has also been revoked...
