Don't you see that the preferreds are being converted back to common??? Why would you forget what is happening here? You realize that when those preferred securities get registered and we are eligible to convert back to common we are all going to do it at once and there is going to be INSANE dilution. We will have millions of shares, but the share price of the common will become 0.000X. Then you will be concerned about the common again.
Don't dismiss the common now, because we are converting back into it in time and timber she goes already. The market is reacting to news of the preferred and share price is already working its way down. These preferreds are going to drive price down and the conversion is going to try and sustain if only reduce further losses by giving us more shares of a less valued stock.
We are not making money here, we are only trying to see if we can sustain if not minimize the impact of the loss that is coming.
