Exactly...people will sometimes say whatever they think you wanna hear. I've been burned by plenty a pink stock so I definitely take things with a grain of salt. I do believe from what I've seen that PBLS could be the real thing...for once..:-)

grizzy..Question? Why would ProGas accept an offer from a company that is not going to grow, ecpecially if they accepted restricted shares out 5 years as what was said on the PR(restricted shares and preferred shares and cash).

The key here for us shareholders is ProGas and it's 190 million revs, 5 years restricted and preferred stock offerings, more aquisitions(proves company is healthy), and buyback at these low levels..it all adds up to a time of critical mass for this company and a time to buy.

What point?? By starting with telling someone to get their head examined. Or by stating the use of the retirement plan is crazy. Why do you think PBLS has acquired these companies??

You guys have a lot of work ahead of you. Start with verifying what has already occurred.

Grizzy thanks for your support.I dont believe in bashing its not my style .I'm only concerned about where my money is going.Like i said i'm a shareholder not million share shareholder but a shareholder.I think the company has some great fundamentals but the blindfold has to be taken off now.If your not concerned about our new office which i have seen you have some issues.That is a cottage on the water not a office and realy not happy about that.But i can look past that.Goodluck to all and HOPEFULY get some solid info soon.Bill in NY
