grizzy..Question? Why would ProGas accept an offer from a company that is not going to grow, ecpecially if they accepted restricted shares out 5 years as what was said on the PR(restricted shares and preferred shares and cash).

The key here for us shareholders is ProGas and it's 190 million revs, 5 years restricted and preferred stock offerings, more aquisitions(proves company is healthy), and buyback at these low levels..it all adds up to a time of critical mass for this company and a time to buy.
