Very good, thanks. That's a very tantalizing footnote. I've heard it referenced before but never viewed the document and put 2+2 together. As others smarter than I point out (dawgpac @ StockTwits) it seems a question remains whether this is more geared at original NDAs submitted after November, 2012. As Biobillionair says, interesting 30+ days ahead.
