One of my neighbors is in the real estate industry. He said we are recovering and getting better but not as dramatic as people say its "booming". Not saying that's true, that's just his opinion since he's experienced in it. But I think we are getting better and it should be quicker than most people expect.

I see the same thing happening now that happened in the early 2000s. Very low int rates driving up housing prices. Its like its happening all over again . And we all know how that turned out
