A very excellent post, and imagine this....STRAIGHT FROM COMPANY FILINGS. Not like it has not been pointed out here before though. Guess that really says alot about a CEO of a company, maybe ole J Rod does not believe in himself, but hey, why not cash in on the backs of investors right.

Thank you for sharing this very valuable information. Alot has been shown about a form 4, it's explination, and rules. However nothing has been provided on if or if not an OTC company is required to file one. Bottom line is, based on SEC filings, Ole J Rod seems to have misplaced over 5 million of his shares.
