No shares are misplaced
They are all accounted for You just have to know where to look

Before the AS increase in Shares it was listed because it was over 5%
After the AS increase it is no longer 5% or more and not required to be listed.

Because the A/S was increased, Rod's 5277 Partners LLC no longer owns 5% of the common stock therefore it is no longer included in the 10K. Simple as that!

Clouds Valley, Zocalo and Black Diamond are no longer shown either.

They are shown previously because they owned over 5% of the common stock!
