don't mean to be offensive in tone...but your blaming the company for having a bad marketing approach when in fact their marketing and release strategy have been great considering the headwinds they are dealing with.

Is that how it works? So, company have nothing to do with relase date? I didn't know that. In that case, why other phones always have release dates and promotions, then people know when to line up?

It's odd if it's truly less then 1 week away yet we still don't realse the date.

I think carrier testing time is understandable, but unless we are just rushing on the first avaiable date right after testing of unknown completion date, thus can't tell ahead of time until testing is done. Otherwise, it would create another soft lauch, with minimal heads up, marketing, promotional materials. I hope that won't happen again. I really hope you are wrong and company can do something about it.

I thought we delayed Q10 on purpose for strategic reasons, therefore, should be able to give product for early testing, then have a controled relased date planned by the company. Am I not understanding this correctly?

Q10 is very important for CrackBerries. We must create a sucessful lauch with enough hype. Must not hear Z for Zero or Q for quit. I hope they don't do it on April 26th and pick a later date so that they have time to inform the date and do advertisments, and create hypes. I hope the company have capabilities to do something about it, and I hope they took my advice sereously. Phone have some fashion factors, so, can't have soft lauch or cold lauch. Must not have another failed lauch again. I hope at least they can give an estimated date asap, if not then at least confirm which week is estimated relase week!!!
