My take on the skydragon...
As Bob Jones stated in the video, this model is for rapid deployment. You can have this model up in the air, in service, in less than half a day. If necessary. you could have 2 or 3 of these taking turns in the air until a rigid strat could be put up to take their place.
It appears that you could put this model in a trailer and get it very close to where it was needed making it almost an "instant" infrastructure for communications either on a battlefield or during a natural disaster.
This model coupled with a rigid strat design would give us everythng we need to perform for not only the government, but also in the communications arena.
