The only game Nokia is playing is delay. And others have joined but the law of self preservation will overcome the need to stay conjoined in these infringement actions.In less than 71 days we shall receive the ALJ's Final Decision in the 337-800 case against Nokia, Huawei and ZTE. The due date of the decision is June 28th, 2013. We shall see what the alleged infringers are made of. They can go all the way until the full commission rules and tehn claim they want to appeal. The problem is that with a positive win in IDCC's pocket and an impending or actual import injunction someone will have to re-think their hand. Or do they continue to play chicken with a loaded gun in the other guys hand because Nokia said stay spike.

I use to pump IDCC on the old Yahoo[IDCC] board.

I finally gave up.

Didn't do any good at all.
