Great news. We don't want any decision from the U.K. to confuse the public since I am expecting a negative result for IDCC.

laranger: do you find it odd that the scheduling the re-convene the proceedings are pushed all the way into almost mid-January?

Why start and stop like that? I am sure there are some things due, as far as filings, but it just seems to be an extended period of time.(I know the holidays create a delay also). But, then why not wait until the beginning of the year, instead of starting in November?
