8-K 8/28/2012 as of 5 July 2012 1000 to 1 reverse split.
(prep for the last few promotions)

Then to follow up issued 131,000,000 of the new shares on 10 July,
and then 19,950,000 12 July 2012.

The 19,950,000 got sold on the Toronto Exchange last Sept., you can see the spike on the weekly chart above.

The 131 millions are being happily purchased as we speak.
