why should`nt it, point out why it won`t, your problem is your relying to much on facts the market trades on emotion not facts especially in otcbb land if the otcbb market traded soly on facts none of them would even trade. There all spec plays look up the def. of *speculation.

BTW a simple short squeeze will easily push it past .20 in a heart beat
