"the stock should rebound to its former range" Would you mind to enlighten the public how you came to that conclusion? Ar you saying that a Company with a maxed out O/S of already 500M shares
As of February 6, 2013, we had 500,000,000 shares of our common stock issued and outstand held by approximately 46 stockholders of record. We had no shares of preferred stock issued and outstanding.
With No Assets, NO Operations and 600 Dollars in cash that, so far, didn't made a single Penny in Revs besides selling Company Stock, that shows in the last 10K a shareholder Deficit of almost 60,000,000 Dollars should be valued again at ~60M Dollars?
Total Stockholders’ Deficit. Our stockholders’ deficit was ($59,044,272) as of December 31, 2012.
Than the 10K reveals this:
On January 1, 2013 we entered into a new one-year consulting agreement with Taurus to provide us with continued compliance and EDGAR filing services. This agreement requires us to pay Taurus cash compensation in the amount of $30,000, payable in four equal quarterly payments over the term of the agreement.
How will they pay for it? The O/S is currently maxed out, but wait Mr.Seon just said he will cancel his 24M shares as registered with the SEC in the last S1/A since he can sell them anyways ONLY at 0.11.
The Selling Stockholders identified in this prospectus on page 15 are offering their Shares of our common stock at a fixed price of $0.11 per share
