If I may further speculate - until the sales are confirmed in an earnings report they will have little effect on the stock price. We have been given numbers before that never materialized.
So while I still believe this company will have further success, I would like to see real numbers in earnings reports.
I don't think I am alone in this line of thinking. IMHO
Or it could be that people who have bought shares at well below market prices in private placements are unloading those shares at market prices for an excellent gain. How many more such shares are on the sidelines waiting for sale?
