Of course it is. I rode it down on Friday. Might ride it up tomorrow - might stay on the sideline but I suspect this is going up up up. I live it when they do because I know one thing - at some point it's going down down down.

And when the time is right - I'll be riding this bad boy down but there is money to be made on the way up as well you know?

Very few people have the ability to short OTC stocks except for the market makers. His followers unless registered dealers are not shorting anything.
