One other remote possiblity is that the demonstrator is at 65k feet. lol Which would also explain why it is not in the hangar.

your theory makes sense as it related to a Sanswire 3, commercial airship, but not with regards to Sanswire 2. It was stated arrangement will be made to get airship from Palmdale to Edwards..(see below)

This will enable Sanswire to further test the Airship at the Air Force Flight Test Center and NASA Dryden Flight Research Center.
