Ranger, I don't know how they do arithmetic in Finland or what logic and common sense training they received. But I am certainly hoping that the SDNY gives them a crash course in honor, integrity, contract rights, obligations and enforcement.
And I don't care if they can count or not. The bank will count out the peso's and all Jorma has to do is sign the electronic transfer. At which point I will thank him for his business. After all we do won't to remain amicable business partners.
