That's right B 9. It's when the current machines approved in 2010 expire.

Thanks b9. The word 'mandate' stuck in my head and I applied it incorrectly. The grandfathered items expire on Jan 1, 2014, but there is one other item that is already qualified which won't expire presumably because it never was given an expiration date.
