DaReal, your "Due Diligence" is faulty.

Your statement that that "[SWCI] registered 147 M shares" is wrong. Your error lies in the fact that you cite to the original S1 Registration Filing filed on December 20, 2012. HOWEVER, that S1 Filing was amended in a S1/A Registration Statement filed on February 11, 2013. Here is the proof, as can be readily and easily found on the SEC's website at http://www.sec.gov. You will further notice that in Exhibit 5.1 of the Amended S1/A Registration Filing is the attorney opinion letter which clearly references "Registration Statement on Form S1 [,] 62,5000,000 Shares of Common Stock" Here is the specific link:
