You can ASSUME the company has that HOPE in mind.

The other reason would be to help curtail the short term flipping in their stock. Short term flipping is KILLING pennystocks.

It needs to be said AGAIN: Yes ... KILLING them!

Hope that helps you. Most that hold short positions close them to eliminate the complexities of a situation that could compound a loss. Just not worth the risk.

Great post and great responses, I believe they will and are covering currently which is the reason the stock isn't much higher, it's definitely being controlled here but that gives us an opportunity to get cheap shares before the big move and the more we grab the less they have to cover with
