Forgive me but what benefit is the pediatric exclusion? Does this mean we get six more m the of exclusivity?

Yep, that one's (EMA) been sitting there since last year. Ped exclusion waiver request from US FDA was one of the goals in 2012 listed in the criteria for bonuses. Didn't happen. JoeZ did get 101% of his bonus. Fell short but stretched out on multiple patent approvals and Orange Book listings.
