cliff...it wasnt built for the avg computer user in mind. dont know what computer friendly means in this case. some will say no while others will say yes. It all depends on your knowlegde and experience.

IN MARKETING, the interface looks plenty user friendly. You just need to be an experience marketer to understand what it does and its capabilities.
