Who puts out a PR to announce that they have filed an 8K, an official form typically used to disclose a signficant material event, but one that in this case simply states that the Company intends to file its now several delinguent quarterly reports and its annual return now well past due, all of which they haven't done yet despite several PR's saying they would do this very thing just about this time a year ago. Talk about scrambling for anything at all to put in a PR to help boost an "awareness campaign". Then either one of their own or someone from the "awareness" company screws the promo by dumping ahead of schedule leaving them all pointing fingers - no doubt - at each other. Joke - NOT
